Jana Kramer is a country singer, songwriter and actor that made her name known on television when she was chosen to play Alex in One Tree Hill for the season that ended in the. The show featured her debut releases as country music which helped her debut album to the Billboard 200 to the Top 20. Thirty One, her follow-up album released in 2015, made it to the Top Ten. The decade ended by participation for Dancing with the Stars. The self-doubting Voices was released in 2021. The track debuted in mid-2012 and was featured on her first full-length album Jana Kramer. It reached number five in the Billboard Top Country Albums. Following a shift to her professional musical career, she continued to act and was in films like Heart of the Country 2013 (which attracted her fan base) or Country Crush 2016 (which would be a hit with her music lovers). The second album of Kramer's Thirty One was released by Warner Music Nashville on October 15, 2015. With help from the Top Five country hit I Got the Boy and a duet together with Steven Tyler of Aerosmith it was even more successful, achieving number three on country's album chart, and tenth on the Billboard 200. Two months on Dancing with the Stars 23rd edition ended with her finishing in fourth place. Also, it was the year that she landed an adult contemporary smash, with the song Feels Like Christmas featuring Straight No Chaser.
